I think the excuse that almost stopped me from coming to the policies and procedures workshop was, I was concerned that a group of a dozen lawyers would come up with fairly low quality policies and procedures. I really thought long and hard about whether that was possible but RJon as usual pulled it off I don’t know how he does it but he pulled off something I really didn’t believe in. I’ve been very impressed with quality of the procedures and the detail and the thoroughness of it.
