I’ve been in practice for 20 years and I found out about RJon’s course a couple of months ago, and I wish I would have found out about it 20 years ago. I found out through a one day CLE that our local bar put on, and about 2 minutes into the all-day CLE I went finally I have found a coaching program slash consultant who can help with some of the nuts and bolts and vision I have not been able to find in these 20 years. I plateaued maybe 6 years ago kind of making the same amount of money, and I had no idea how to go up from there and I knew there was an up from there. So this program came along. It is wonderful, in terms of this live event here about staff it’s been priceless the return I have gotten on my investment. First of all, I’ve had staff issues for the last 20 years, I’m on my 6th full time staff person and I have one full time staff person in my office and I want to keep the one I have, she’s great. And so I’ve learned how were going to keep her, how I’m going to hire staff and how I’m going to leverage staff so everyone’s happy, everyone’s making money, I’m making money and I don’t have the revolving door issue I’ve had with staff. But more over I’ve learned a number of things about all other areas of running a law practice although this was dedicated to staff and I will put into practice that comports with what I’m hearing during our weekly phone calls, with what I’m reading, with what I’m seeing on the website. I see myself being in this coaching program for the rest of my professional life.
