I’m in San Francisco right now, were just finishing up the Mastermind weekend with RJon. This has been really helpful because it’s been an opportunity to discuss the opportunities and discuss the challenges in my practice. Both with really smart coaches who work with a lot of attorneys and have a lot of insight into how this works as well as with other attorneys who are in my practice area and in other practice areas, who themselves have years of experience and insight and lessons learned the hard way. So that’s super helpful to me to have all of those minds helping me out with my problems and it’s also an opportunity for me to listen to other people talk through what’s a challenge for them or what’s an opportunity for them. And as we work on their problems and when we work on their situation I get a lot of insight into that too that I can bring home. It’s a win for them and it’s a win for me.
